I currently have 95 (and growing) mods installed for Fallout 3, with no problems, because I make sure to use the 'Preview File Contents' (ON THE DOWNLOAD TAB ON THE NEXUS) before downloading a mod, and seeing what the folder/directory structure is within the archive. I learned this as well, when I downloaded several mods for Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas and completely forgot to realize (until a read the comment section) that these mods were just zipped up with the expectation of a manual install, or they were zipped up far before 'Install Menus' for mods existed.
